Monthly Meeting Minutes
Meeting called to order at 6:55 PM.
Financials:
Checking Account has $997.00 Savings Account has 400.00.
New Business:
Carol moved for approval to spend 300.00 on a new PA system for the Club. Daniel second Club
voted and passed.
Club received approval from the Ask Foundation and the Animal shelter to put on the 2nd Annual
Park n Bark Car Show.
Jim is looking for approval from the Ford Dealer in the High Desert to have their car show on their
facilities.
Tom talked about working with the local businesses for donations for our Car Shows.
Tom is working on a Garage Cruise, 3 people garages are on the tour so far. Oscar, Inyo, Barry
White speed shop, the date is April 16, 2011.
Jim and his wife are renewing their vows on April 2, 2011 for their 50 year Anniversary, Club
members are invited to share this wonderful moment with them. Contact Jim for the Location.
Carol talked about the next cruise this Sunday to the Reagan Library, leaving Carrow's at 10:00am
Sunday Morning, if you want breakfast get their early.
April cruise she will contact everyone by email.
June 5 cruise to Arrowhead.
August Bruce and June's Cruise to the Van Buren Drive in.
Tom talked about the Club Council's BBQ cook off.
Tony was the club speaker about his love for Mustangs and Classic Cars.
